Micro-lessons deliver focused teaching on specific techniques — what they are, when to use them, common mistakes, and practical examples. Each takes under two minutes to read.
Lessons are surfaced in context: after coaching feedback identifies a skill gap, you can immediately access the relevant teaching. Learning is integrated into practice, not separated from it.
AI-scored competency feedback
Assessment mode removes the coaching scaffolding. You run a full session independently, then receive a structured debrief evaluating technique, clinical judgement, relational quality, and process management.
Scores are generated by AI calibrated to validated fidelity frameworks (MITI 4.2.1 for MI, CTS-R for CBT, Linehan standards for DBT). Assessment sessions are tracked separately from practice — giving you a developmental picture of where you're building competence.
